We deliver to more than 170 countries around the world, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs.  Our shipping structure provides you with confidence and transparency you need to complete your purchase.  All international orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. 

What are my shipping options?

DOMESTIC

FedEx Home Delivery    (1-4 business days) $10 

FedEx Smart Post        (2-8 business days) $5

INTERNTAIONAL

When will my order be shipped?

All headbands, hats, and accessories created by Jennifer Ouellette Inc are made to order and take 2-3 business days to construct.  Orders are generally shipped 3-4 business days after an order has been placed.

USPS Priority     (6-10 Business Days) $35

USPS Express    (3-5 Business Days) $45

FedEx Economy (3-5 Business Days) Pricing Depends On Destination

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Jennifer Ouellette Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.  International orders shipped via USPS may arrive within 21-30 business days from shipping date.  In very rare cases, some international deliveries may take up to 60 days. You are responsible for any import duties and fees associated with the delivery.  We recommend our international customers use FedEx for quicker delivery.

Should you have a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Alternative Shipping Options

Some of our international customers have been known to use “SHIPITO”, a US based forwarding service for their international deliveries.  While Jennifer Ouellette Inc maintains no connection with the company or the accuracy or quality of their service, we provide this as an option solely to better service our customers. As always we recommend you investigate any claims yourself before you decide.
