Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 5 days of receiving the merchandize as indicated on the FedEx or USPS delivery confirmation.

 

FOR DOMESTIC RETURNS

 

Step One: Receiving Your RMA

 

1. Log into your account from the My Account link located at the top right of our site.

 

2. Locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select it.

 

3. Check off the item(s) you would like to return then click on the “RETURN ITEMS” button.

 

4. Choose the reason why you want to send the item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please see the “FAULTY GOODS” section.  There is no restocking fee for items deemed defective.

 

5. Click the checkbox to agree with our Exchange Policy .

 

6. Once the return is processed, you will recieve a Pre-Paid label for your return via the email address provided in your account to return the merchandize.

 

 

Step Two: Your Item’s Original Packaging   

 

The original packaging contains an order number that helps us identify your items with your order so we can credit your account successfully. Products must be returned in the original packaging.

 

If for any reason you do not have the original packaging, which includes the order number, you can print out the Confirmation Page directly from your account and include it in your shipping box.

 

Step Three: Your Shipping Box  

 

1. You can use your original Jennifer Ouellette box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.

 

2. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

 

3. Attach your new return label to the shipping box.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Step Two: Your Shipping Box  

 

You can use your original Jennifer Ouellette box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.

 

If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

 

Clearly identify our returns facility address as the destination on the package labeling, and be sure to include the “SHIPPING RETURN INVOICE” on the package.

 

Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.

 

Once received at our returns facility in the U.S., we will credit your return, typically within 14 to 30 business days after the package is sent.

 

You will be credited for the product value of returned items.  Jenniferouellette.com does not currently offer Free Return Shipping for International orders.

 

General Information

 

Please note that a fee of 20% discard fee will automatically be deducted from store credit returns/exchanges.

 

Customers will receive store credit for all returns once the merchandize is checked for damage.

 

Please note that exchanges made to destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply. 

 

Important information  

 

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately or see the “FAULTY GOODS” section.

 

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

 

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

 

Our Policy

 

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Jennifer Ouellette Inc and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included with your return.

 

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

 

Discard Fee

 

As we are unable to resell any returned merchandize due to sanitary conditions, a 30% discard fee is deducted from every return.  The fee is automatically deducted from the available store credit.

 

Late Returns

 

An RMA number should be requested within 5 days of FedEx or USPS delivery date and shipped according to the instructions below. 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS  

 

FedEx return labels expire 5 days after an RMA is issued.  Failure to ship the item within that time frame may result in an inability to process the exchange.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  

 

FedEx return labels expire 5 days after an RMA is issued.  Failure to ship the item within that time frame may result in an inability to process the exchange.

 

Faulty Goods

 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If an item is faulty, please select “FAULTY” during the above RMA process with a reason why.  We will determine to issue a credit and/or replace once we receive the merchandize and review the item.  You may also send a photo of the defective item to us here

 

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full store credit (including shipping) if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. 

 

All damaged or faultly products are covered by our 30 day warranty.  Please note that the warranty period begins once the items are SHIPPED not recieved and products can only be exchange for the same item in the same color.

 

Colors

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Jennifer Ouellette Inc. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

 

We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since our systems aredesigned to begin this process immediately, you may not be able to change or cancel an online order once it is placed. 

 

Once the order has been placed, an automatic email is sent to you with the order details with any payment instructions if required. We reserve the right to not supply goods for any reason and return payment.

 

We will make every effort to ship the goods once payment has been received within 3-4 business days. On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks on the payment card, which can delay the order until the card has been authorized.

 

Once payment confirmed and goods shipped you will receive another email from us including any tracking details if applicable.

 

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
