We will be happy to make an exchange or issue store credit once the item is returned within the appropriate time period.

All damaged or faultly products are covered by our 30 day warranty.  Please note that the warranty period begins once the items are SHIPPED not recieved and products can only be exchange for the same item in the same color.

We also guarantee that your product will not arrive damaged. If this happens to you, you will be able to send the product back free of charge and receive a new one.
