If you have misplaced your packing slip, you can reprint your shipping confirmation. Sign in with your user name and password and go to your order history page, and then click the order you would like to return/exchange and print the shipping confirmation to include with your return.  Please note you must have an RMA number to return all items. We CANNOT accept a return without this.  

 

How do I measure myself to determine my hat size?

 

An average head size for a man is 58 cms in European Sizing or 7 1/8 UK sizing and 7 1/4 US sizing. The average head size for a lady is 55 cms. Probably the largest head size you will ever find, will be 64cms and the smallest 51cms. 

 

Head sizes and shapes differ from country to country. With regards to shape, these can be either very round or oval.
