We take great pride in the quality of our products and guarantee you will be satisfied with anything you purchase at Jennifer Ouellette Inc.  All of our products come with a three year service warranty from date of purchase from www.jenniferouellette.com and our retail location in New York City.  We will provide service on repairs due to normal wear and tear.  Please email us for further instructions on repairs at contact@jenniferouellette.com

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will be happy to make an exchange or issue store credit once the item is returned within the appropriate time period.

All damaged or faulty products are covered by our 30 day warranty.  Please note that the warranty period begins once the items are SHIPPED not received and products can only be exchange for the same item in the same color.

Also we guarantee that your product will not arrive damaged. If damage occurs during shipping you will be able to send the product back free of charge and receive a new one.
