This is the first of a series of segments on People.com that focuses on Kate Middleton’s fabulous Fascinators!  In this interview, Jennifer Ouellette shares with Rosie Pope the history of the fascinator in women’s fashion. Kate Middleton has always got the right look for the right occasion which includes her hat!  Hats are very important in Royal style and she has certainly created her own style niche.   Rosie Pope suggests we change the name of Fascinator to Kate-Inator. What a great idea, a hat named after the greatest style ambassador since Lady Diana!
